We are proud that all our shipping is 100% climate compensated and that all our products come packaged in 100% plastic-free recyclable material.

Delivery time
We deliver to delivery points throughout Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark and also rest of the world. with UPS or DB Schenker. We ship working days Monday to Friday and the normal delivery time is 1-3 working days (excluding holidays) from when we receive your order. For orders to Norway, the delivery time can be 3-5 working days (excluding holidays).

We deliver to your nearest agent. We ship working days Monday - Friday from when we receive your order.

If you have a new address or forwarding of your mail, you yourself are responsible for updating your customer details when you place your order to avoid delays in your delivery.

Delay and partial delivery
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays unfortunately occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery to a certain day and always reserve the right for delays.

Package tracking
When you have selected a trackable delivery option, a tracking link is sent in the delivery confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours for the link to be updated from the time your package is shipped from our warehouse.

Damaged delivery
Take pictures of the package, make sure if anything is missing and contact our customer service at support@artonwire.com and we will help you further.

Undelivered or collected packages
For uncollected packages or undelivered packages due to incorrect customer information, a shipping cost of 100 SEK is added for return back to us. These orders are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
