At Arton Wire you always have 30 days money back guarantee!

All orders are sent directly to our e-commerce warehouse, so unfortunately it is not possible to cancel/change an order after it has been placed. However, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the order date, by returning it to our e-commerce warehouse (shipping is extra).

Returns to our e-commerce warehouse only apply to items purchased on artonwire.com (not items purchased physically in store or from one of our resellers). You will then get the money back to your account. If you have chosen invoice as the payment method, Klarna will contact you for a refund or adjustment of the invoice. You must then place a new order if you want a new/different item.

Returns can take up to 10 business days to process.

To return your return to the webshop, the return must first be registered by contacting support@artonwire.com.
The return shipping is 59 SEK which is deducted from your balance in the event of a refund. When returning to the e-commerce warehouse, your money is deposited into the account you used for payment or adjusted via Klarna. In the event of an unpaid invoice, we suggest that you log on to Klarna's website and postpone the due date. Then you avoid possible reminder fees. When the return is registered with us, you can see the new, updated amount on your invoice.

If you have chosen invoice as the payment method and the invoice has been paid, Klarna will contact you for a refund and a new invoice will be sent for the remaining return shipping.

The refund assumes that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

If we have made a mistake, or if the item has a production fault, we will of course pay the return shipping.

Right of withdrawal
You always have the right to cancel your purchase from the webshop within 14 days of receiving the order for any reason. The easiest way to use the right of withdrawal is to return the goods to us via the prepaid return address label you received in your delivery. Information on how to do this is on the return slip. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify that you have regretted it within the period of the right of withdrawal. Email us your order number at support@artonwire.com.

You are responsible for any reduced value of the product if it is determined that it has been handled in a way that is more than necessary to handle the product's properties and function.

You have 30 days money back guarantee on your purchase from the day we receive your order.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a purchase if your order is delayed. If something happens that causes your goods to be delayed, we will contact you and provide a new delivery date. You can then choose between waiting for the goods or canceling the purchase. If you have changed your mind after the package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package at the drop-off location and return it to us.
