I can't find my Order Confirmation
The order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the purchase. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
Can I stop or change my order?
We cannot stop or change an order that has already been placed.
However, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, as soon as you have received the goods it is fine to contact us. We will do our best to process your request as soon as possible. Keep in mind that your order is usually sent the same day or the next working day.
Can I pre-book a sold-out product?
You cannot book an out-of-stock product, however you can use our "Notify me" function on the product page. Select the desired product and color and click on the "mail me - button" and enter your email address, you will then receive an email when the product is back in our warehouse. Usually we get refills of products within a week of it being sold out.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver world wide from Sweden.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days.
Norway, Finland and Denmark: 2-5 working days.
Rest of the world: 5-7 working days.
Holidays and public holidays are not included and may therefore cause a delay.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard Shipping is 49 SEK.
During reduced prices and campaigns free shipping is not valid and can't be combined with other discounts other than current campaigns.
We deliver to your nearest agent. We ship working days Monday - Friday from when we receive your order.
Can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking link in your delivery confirmation. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to be updated.
Where is my package?
Your package is trackable and you can click on the link in your delivery confirmation that you received via email. It may take up to 48 hours for the link to be updated from the time your package is shipped from our warehouse.
My package was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
Take pictures of the package, make sure if anything is missing and contact our customer service at email@example.com and we will help you further.
What happens if I don't collect my package from an agent in time?
If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be returned to us, and we will then charge a handling fee. We therefore ask you to pick up your package and return it according to our return process, even if you regretted it before receiving your package. You always have a 30-day right to return with us.

Do you have a money back guarantee or right of return?
We always offer a 30-day money back guarantee/return right from when you receive your order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to cancel your purchase, return your item or if any problems occurred during delivery.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately not at the moment, if you want to exchange one or more products, you need to send your products back to us.
How do I make a return?

How long does a return take?
From the time you leave your package with an agent, it takes about a week for your package to arrive at our warehouse.
How and when will my return be refunded?
From the time we have received and processed your return, it takes up to 5 banking days before your money appears in your account. The refund is always made to the same payment method that was used for your purchase.
How do I make a complaint?
We are keen to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, if any of your goods are suspected to be defective upon receipt, we ask you to submit a complaint as soon as possible. In your complaint, we ask you to describe the perceived problem, indicate which article the complaint refers to and attach pictures taken in good light that show the perceived problem.

What types of lamps are Arton Wire's ceiling cups suitable for?
Our ceiling cups fit almost all single pendant lamps in the world and are created for the new EU Standard, which means that the cup swallows e.g. External contacts in newly manufactured houses/apartments.
