Terms of purchase
Our terms of purchase can be changed and we therefore ask you to always read them before ordering. When you accept the purchase from us, you also accept our terms of purchase. The purchase is complete when you have received the order confirmation and it is your responsibility to ensure that the details you have given us, such as name, email address and postal address, are correct.
Your full name registered, when ordering online, must be identical to the name you have registered on your ID card.
In our webshop, you can choose to pay by card or invoice.
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment by invoice, card payment and Klarna account.
If you want to pay by credit card, you can choose whether you want to pay with Visa or Mastercard. The amount is reserved at the time of the order, but is only deducted when the item has been packed and shipped. The payment is processed by Klarna, which is a secure electronic payment partner for Visa and Mastercard. With Klarna, you have the same guarantees and the same security as when you shop in a store. The payment pages are protected via SSL and all card details are encrypted. This means that no one can read the credit card number, name or address when the information is sent over the internet.
The website uses the security solution 3D-secure for card purchases. Advanced 3D Secure (3DS) technology is an additional layer of security for online card transactions used by Visa. It provides a special protection against fraud, by adding an extra authentication step for online purchases.
Due date is 30 days from the time the goods were sent. You can find the invoicing terms here. Please note that you will receive the invoice by e-mail, so it is very important to enter the correct e-mail address.
It is a good idea to check your inbox after the purchase has been completed to see if you have received an order confirmation.
If you have received the order confirmation, you can be sure that you have entered the correct email address. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com if you have not received your order confirmation by email.
In order to be able to offer you to use Klarna's payment options, we need to share certain information about you with Klarna. This only happens if you use Klarna as a payment option. Klarna uses the data to assess whether you qualify to use their payment options. The data used are name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment history and order information such as payment options, shipping type, order details and the like.
The use of this data is regulated in accordance with the current data protection law and Klarna's data protection policy.
We will not use your personal data for anything other than providing the necessary service in connection with your purchase.
